Certified Restaurant Hood Cleaning
Been working on this new site for a client. I'm the first to admit I don't know much about restaurant hood cleaning but I know it sounds like you're gonna get dirty. I remember when I was younger I worked in a kitchen and even when we had to replace the fryer oil, I was not all that enthused since cleaning that thing was not a lick of fun. Can't really imagine what kind of gunk you find when cleaning the entire hood and exhaust fan area. Sounds like the kind of job you hire someone else to do if you ask me :)
